• Product Description:
• ● 2" NPT x 3" length Pipe Nipple (Stainless Steel 304)
• ● 2" Male Thread x 2" Male Thread
• ● Overall length is 3" (OAL)
• Used to:
• ● A 2" NPT x 3" long pipe nipple is used to connect two 2" threaded fittings, pipes or components together at just under 3" apart.
• ● Also used to connect a 3" section of 2" pipe to female threaded fittings or components.
• ● Often used to extend a 2" pipe run by 3".
• To Install:
• ● Thread each of the 2" external threads into 2" female threads.
• Other Options:
• ● Another option are Close Nipples which are completely threaded and have no unthreaded section of pipe between the threads.
• ● Other options include Hex Nipples which have a hex head instead of having a unthreaded section of pipe between the threads.
