• Product Description:
• ● 1/2" NPT x 12" length Pipe Nipple (Stainless Steel 304)
• ● 1/2" Male Thread x 1/2" Male Thread
• ● Overall length is 12" (OAL)
• Used to:
• ● A 1/2" NPT x 12" long pipe nipple is used to connect two 1/2" threaded fittings, pipes or components together at just under 12" apart.
• ● Also used to connect a 12" section of 1/2" pipe to female threaded fittings or components.
• ● Often used to extend a 1/2" pipe run by 12".
• To Install:
• ● Thread each of the 1/2" external threads into 1/2" female threads.
• Other Options:
• ● Another option are Close Nipples which are completely threaded and have no unthreaded section of pipe between the threads.
• ● Other options include Hex Nipples which have a hex head instead of having a unthreaded section of pipe between the threads.
