Product Description:
● 3 inch Type B Stainless Steel Female Cam and Groove Coupler x Male NPT Thread.
How to use:
● To quickly connect, insert the 3" Type B into a 3" Male Adapter and then close the two cam handles simultaneously.
● To quickly disconnect, lift up the cam lever arms and uncouple the two threaded pipe fittings.
To Install:
● Thread the Male NPT end onto a 3" Female NPT Thread.
Will Connect with:
● The female coupler end will couple with a 3" Male Adapter.
● The thread will connect into a 3" Female NPT Thread. (National Pipe Thread)
Used to:
● Install a 3" Female Cam & Groove into a 3" Female NPT Thread.
● Couple with a 3" Male Adapter.
Changing Thread Size:
● Increasing or reducing the thread size while converting to female threads can be achieved by using a Bell Reducer Coupling.
● Converting to Female Threads can be done by using a Threaded Pipe Coupling.
● Increasing the thread size can be done using a Bushing.
